The rainwater grate is set on the flow guidebox and covers the water inlet on the flow guide box. The combined metering weir plate is set on a side face of the flow guide box. Two effluent weirs are set at upper and lower parts of the combinedmetering weir plate. An inclined base plate is set at the bottom of the flow guide box. A high end of the inclined base plate is located at one side of the flow guide box, and the combined metering weir plate is set at the side of the flow guide box. The water level measurement assembly is set at the bottom in the flow guide box and measures a water level in the flow guide box to obtain weir headwater for computing of flow.
