Abstract

The invention discloses a bra pad with negative poisson ratio effect and a design method thereof. The bra pad with the negative poisson ratio effect has the critical point lying in the porous structure of a liner. The special porous structure possessed by the bra pad enables the bra pad to be more comfortable and lighter, thereby conforming to the current trends in naturalness, liberation and comfortableness. The bra pad simply comprises the following design steps: firstly, the shape, the size and the thickness of the bra pad are determined; then the porous distribution of the used liner material is designed, and the porous structure is enabled to have the negative poisson ratio effect; and finally, the bra pad is arranged at the interior part of a bra in an embedded manner, thereby finishing the design of the bra pad made from a negative poisson ratio material. Through the design, the invention effectively solves the problem that the traditional bra pad cannot suitable to different breast shapes, thereby enabling the bra pad to have the advantages in better fitness, better extensibility, better air permeability, lightness and comfortableness.
