Abstract

The invention provides a charge pump circuit and a NOR FLASH. The circuit comprises a charge pump, an operational amplifier, an oscillator, a first clock driving module, a second clock driving module,a voltage dividing module and a comparator. An input end of the voltage dividing module is connected to an output end of the charge pump, the output voltage of the charge pump is divided, a first voltage and the second voltage are outputted, and the first voltage is larger than the second voltage. An output end of the second voltage is connected to the inverting input end of the operational amplifier. A non-inverting input end of the comparator is connected to an output end of the first voltage, an inverting input end receives a reference voltage, and the first voltage and the reference voltage are compared. A non-inverting input end of the operational amplifier receives the reference voltage, a power supply end of the second clock driving module is connected to an output end of the comparator, an input end is connected to an output end of the oscillator, and an output end is connected to an output end of the first clock driving module and a clock input end of the charge pump. According to the invention, the ripple of high voltage can be reduced while ensuring a high voltage setting time.
