The structure comprises the balancing weight; an embeddedsteel plate is arranged at the bottom of the balancing weight; a horizontal steel plate is arranged below the embedded steel plate; a plurality of embedded bolts which vertically penetrate through the embedded steel plate, the horizontal steel plate and the balancing weight are fixedly connected with the horizontal steel plate; the pile foundation is arranged below the embedded steel plate; the bottom of the horizontal steel plate is vertically and fixedly connected with a vertical steel plate which is located on the side of the pile foundation and matched with the pile foundation in the aspect of shape; a plurality of second bolt holes are formed in the vertical steel plate; fixed bolts which horizontally penetrate through the vertical steel plate and the pile foundation are arranged inthe second bolt holes; and a plurality of first bolt holes which are used for adjusting the size according to the pile foundation are formed in the horizontal steel plate.
