Problems solved by technology

However, these methods also have many application limitations
For example, CT, MRI and PET-CT cannot be widely used due to their high price, while ultrasound and X-ray cannot achieve good diagnostic results due to their low resolution.
[0004] All of the above-mentioned deficiencies limit the application of glomerular filtration rate and endogenous markers in the early diagnosis of kidney injury. A Fusion of Optical Visualization

Embodiment 1

[0072] (1) Establish uuo-r animal model

[0073] All experiments were approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University. The present invention uses male adult balb / c mice (provided by Shanghai Slack Experimental Animal Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China).

[0074] 20 male balb / c mice, weighing about 20, were anesthetized with 2% pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection (50mg / kg) after the mice were weighed, and the mice were fixed on the mouse board in a supine position, and the skin was prepared and sterilized , make an incision in the left abdomen, expose and separate the left ureter, and use a silk thread to the left. The ureter was double-ligated at the kidney, and the wound was sutured after checking that there was no continuous bleeding in the surgical field of view. After 96 hours, the above operation was repeated and the ligation was removed.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of pharmacological medicines, and relates to the use of a nanometer gold probe to preparation of early diagnosis of kidney injury, in particular to the use of the nanometer gold probe to preparation of early diagnosis ofdiabetes, nephropathy and kidney injury. The experimental result shows that the kidney injury generated through induction under the condition that a single-side ureter is blocked and then released can be detected out by the nanometer gold probe, but the kidney injury cannot be detected by a traditional blood biochemical index method and a traditional tissue section method. The experimental result indicates the effect of the nanometer gold probe to the early diagnosis of the kidney injury. The nanometer gold probe can detect the kidney injury through different particle diameters. According to the nanometer gold probe disclosed by the invention, meaningful reference data and support are provided for a new method for diagnosing the kidneyinjury.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of diagnostic pharmacology, and relates to the use of nano-gold probes in the preparation of early diagnostic reagents for kidney damage, especially kidney diseases that affect glomerular filtration pore size. Background technique [0002] Epidemiological studies show that the number of patients with end-stage renal disease is more than 100,000 in the world at present, and the annual growth rate of the number of patients with renal disease is 10%. 10% of the total number of kidney disease patients in the world is in China. Moreover, the incidence of some basic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes is increasing year by year, and the number of kidney disease patients caused by these reasons is also increasing. Kidney disease will not only greatly damage the quality of life of patients, but also cost a lot of treatment. Among people aged 60 and above, the medical consumption of kidney disease patients is ...
