The method comprises the following steps: constructing a drought influence evaluation model; receiving a request, sent by a user, for obtaining target area drought influence assessment data; acquiring drought strength and drought duration for representing the drought condition of the target area under the evaluation period scale of the current request; selecting a drought influence evaluation model based on the requested grassland type of the target area; inputting the obtained drought strengthand drought duration into a selected drought influence assessment model for assessment calculation, and outputting drought influence assessment data; and feeding back the obtained drought influence assessment data to the user who sends the request. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the influence of drought on the productivity of the grassland ecosystem can be evaluated more accurately and quickly.
