The invention provides a resource relationship notification method, a resource relationship determination method, a base station and a terminal, and the notification method comprises: notifying the association relationship between a first channel state information (CSI) resource and a second CSI resource of the terminal through an implicit or explicit mode; wherein the first CSI resource is a resource in a resource set for channel measurement, and the second CSI resource is a resource in a resource set for interference measurement. According to the method, the association relationship betweenthe first channel state information CSI resource and the second CSI resource is notified to the terminal. Therefore, the terminal can perform measurement according to the first CSI resource and the second CSI resource which are associated with each other to obtain the CSI-RS, and the problem of unclear measurement resources used by the terminal is avoided.
