Abstract

The invention provides a sealing device and system for a stirring reactor and a sealing control method. The device comprises a sealing cavity, a shaft sleeve, a sealing ring and an elastic hooping part, wherein the shaft sleeve is in sleeve connection into the sealing cavity; a gap area is formed between the shaft sleeve and the sealing cavity; the sealing ring is in sleeve connection between theshaft sleeve and the sealing cavity, and is positioned in the gap area; a sealing lip is peripherally arranged on the side wall, close to the shaft sleeve, of the sealing ring; a hooping part mountingslot is peripherally formed in the side wall, close to the sealing cavity, of the sealing ring; and the elastic hopping part is mounted in the hooping part mounting slot for hooping the sealing ring.According to the embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring can be automatically compensated even the sealing ring has abrasion; and compared with a condition in the prior art that scheduled maintenance of an operator must be depended on, the embodiment of the invention can achieve better sealing effect, so that the sealing service life is longer.
