Abstract

The invention discloses a test device for near-field optical distribution of an LED lamp. The test device comprises a base; one side of the base is welded with a support frame; and one side of the support frame is provided with a first bearing; a rotating shaft is plugged into the first bearing; a swing arm is welded to the end portion of the rotating shaft; grooves are formed in the upper and lower ends of the swing arm respectively; and compression springs are installed in the grooves. According to the invention, the test device includes the swing arm, an imaging brightness meter, a spectrometer, a sample base and a platform base. The imaging brightness meter is composed of a two-dimensional CCD array with an optical lens; the swing arm rotates to drive the image brightness meter and thespectrometer to rotate around a to-be-tested LED lamp in a range of -130 degrees to 145 degrees; and optical distribution of the light fixture is simulated and designed. Compared with the traditionaldistributed photometer, the testing method has the following advantages: the LED light source is regarded as a complex surface light source rather than a point source, so that the measurement resultsare more accurate; and the test device is suitable for optical distribution test of the small power LED lamp.
