Problems solved by technology

Therefore, using the existing delivery device and delivery method, if the initial release of the implant is not correct or the release of the implant is not complete, including the incomplete release of the part of the implant connected to the push rod, it will not be possible. Adjust by re-releasing the implant
This incorrect release position and incomplete release of the implant can create unfavorable complications and increase the risk of surgery

Abstract

The invention provides a conveying device for an implant; the implant can be recycled after complete release and released for multiple times, and the recycling operation is simple and convenient. Theconveying device comprises a conveying pipe, a conveying rod and a release part; the conveying rod is inserted into the conveying pipe; the release part has elastic or shape memory performance and isused for being placed in the conveying pipe, the first end of the release part is connected with the conveying rod, and the second end is used for penetrating at least one through hole at the proximalend of the implant. After passing through at least one through hole, the release part bends under the restriction of the conveying pipe and springs back after the restriction of the conveying pipe iseliminated, so that the second end of the release part can dissociate from at least one through hole.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical equipment, in particular to an implant delivery device. Background technique [0002] Minimally invasive intervention is a treatment for vascular aneurysms, usually involving the delivery of vascular implants, such as but not limited to stents, coils, and aneurysm closure devices, to the lesion site through a delivery device, usually through a delivery catheter. The wire travels along the delivery tube to the lesion site. [0003] Most delivery devices are released immediately after the implant is pushed out of the distal end of the delivery tube, detaching from the delivery device and cannot be retrieved back into the delivery tube for re-release. For example the mode of delivery described in US Pat. No. 8,506,615 to Leynov Alexander et al. There is also a part of the delivery device, such as the delivery method described in the DE102013014523 German patent granted to Monstadt Hermann et al. After the im...
