Abstract

The invention discloses a silkworm cocoon automatic sorting device, and relates to the field of electromechanical integration; and the device automatically screens silkworm cocoons in the silkworm cocoon production process, and solves the problems of low silkworm cocoon sorting efficiency and high labor intensity. The device realizes conveying of the silkworm cocoons by adopting a chain and support roller combination mode; bamboo section type support rollers are mounted between two roller chains at equal intervals; four grooves are formed between every two support rollers; and each groove is used for placing one silkworm cocoon. The bamboo section type support rollers are rotated around self axes; the support rollers are rotated to drive overturning of the silkworm cocoons; in the overturning process of the silkworm cocoons, an industrial camera is used for acquiring images of the silkworm cocoons; and the acquired images are input in a convolutional neural network model for classification. A main control system receives identification results of the model, and controls poking fingers to realize screening of the silkworm cocoons. The device realizes multi-angle real-time online detection of the silkworm cocoons through one camera under the condition of not damaging the silkworm cocoons.
