The spring force sensor comprises a sensor body, an elastic membrane and a pressure transmitter, wherein the sensor body comprises a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged in the thickness direction; the first surface is used for receiving a spring force to be measured; the second surface is provided with a liquid cavity; theelastic membrane is positioned on the second surface, seals the liquid cavity and bears a liquid pressure in the liquid cavity; the pressure transmitter communicates with the liquid cavity and is usedto measure the liquid pressure in the liquid cavity; and the elastic membrane is made of rubber, a plastic high-molecular polymer material or a multilayer elastic composite material. By virtue of theliquid cavity, the elastic membrane and the pressure transmitter, accurate and real-time measurement of the spring force can be realized; in addition, the elastic membrane made of the rubber, the plastic high-molecular polymer material or the multilayer elastic composite material can greatly reduce the influence of the temperature on the spring force sensor, so that the accuracy of measuring thespring force by the spring force sensor is further improved.
