The circumferential face of the rotating head is provided with a steel ball squeezing groove extending in the circumferential direction of the rotating head. One end of the steel ball squeezing groove communicates with the discharge end, and the other end of the steel ball squeezing groove runs through the circumferential face of the rotating head. The depth of the steel ball squeezing groove is gradually reduced from the end connected with the discharge end to the other end.
