Abstract

The grey fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring information of all paths inthe whole telecom bearing network; step 2, sending UDP detection packets on all the paths to measure the packet loss conditions of the paths; and step 3, for each interface, link and equipment in allthe paths, respectively analyzing the packet loss condition of all the paths passing through the interfaces, links and equipment, and diagnosing the gray fault occurrence position in the telecom bearing network according to the packet loss condition.
