The universal testing platform comprises a power source, wherein the power source is connected with the automotive cooling fan controller through a cable; a product clamp is connected with the automotive cooling fan controller through a load cable and is used for mounting the automotive cooling fan controller; a scanner is used for scanning and reading a product two-dimensional code of the automotive cooling fan controller to be tested; an industrial personal computer stores the product two-dimensional code ofthe automotive cooling fan controller obtained by the scanner, and starts a test program corresponding to the product model belonging to the two-dimensional code of the automotive cooling fan controller; the industrial personal computer is coupled with a lower computer; the test configuration parameters are downloaded to the lower computer, the lower computer uploads the obtained test result datato the industrial personal computer; the industrial personal computer is coupled with a table type universal meter, and the table type universal meter is configured to test small signals of the automotive cooling fan controller; and the lower computer is electrically connected with the power source, and the power supply is correspondingly configured according to the requirement of the test model.
