The voltage switching circuit is electrically connected with the standby power supply circuit and the controller. The controller is electrically connected with the first detection circuit and the abnormality control circuit. The communication device is electrically connected with the switching power supply circuit and the standby power supply circuit. The controller is in communication connection with a user terminal through the communication device. The abnormality control circuit is electrically connected with thepower supply and the standby power supply circuit. The first detection circuit is used for detecting first output end voltage of the switching power supply circuit and outputting the first voltage.
