The method comprises the following steps: building a problem model which takes the maximization of the energyutility of the system as a target, and achieves the joint optimization of beam and power distribution; under the condition of given power allocation, performing beam allocation on the problem model for the user by adopting a beam allocation method, and allocating a beam vector to the user; under the condition of given beam allocation, a power allocation method is adopted for the problem model to perform power allocation for the user; and performing joint optimization beam allocation and power allocation on the problem model to obtain a maximum system energy utility value.
