Abstract

The invention provides a system and method for treatment of municipal sludge with furnace smoke. The system is characterized by simple structure, small energy consumption and low operation cost, can achieve continuous, safe and efficient utilization of smoke for drying treatment and transportation of sludge, and at the same time can recycle water in sludge. The system comprises a furnace smoke pipeline and a sludge integrated disposer. The sludge integrated disposer includes a rotary sludge drying roller, a crushing conveying fan and a steam condenser. The furnace smoke pipeline comprises a furnace smoke input pipeline and a furnace smoke output pipeline. A smoke inlet of the rotary sludge drying roller is connected to the furnace smoke input pipeline, a smoke outlet is connected to the crushing conveying fan, and the rotary sludge drying roller is equipped with a sludge inlet connected to a sludge feeder; a plurality of heat storage balls are placed in the rotary sludge drying roller;the steam condenser and the rotary sludge drying roller are in parallel connection, or in series connection between the rotary sludge drying roller and the crushing conveying fan; and an outlet of the crushing conveying fan is connected to the furnace smoke output pipeline.
