The invention provides a video stream forwarding control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of monitoring a video stream passing through a network device; for any video stream, counting the number of homologous video streams of the video stream; determining whether the video streams meet a preset priority adjustment condition or not according to the number of the homologous video streams of the video streams; if so, adjusting the priority of the video stream; and performing forwarding control on the video stream according to the adjusted priority. According to the method, the realization difficulty of QoS control in the video stream forwarding process can be reduced.
