Problems solved by technology

At present, the operator usually completes the installation of the reclaimed water buoy recovery rigging by means of saturated diving. This operation method increases the construction cost, the work efficiency is low, the requirements for the operator are high, and it is not safe.

Embodiment Construction

[0078] In order to have a clearer understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0079] figure 1 Shown is the structural representation of the deep-water single-point mooring system in some embodiments of the present invention, and the deep-water single-point mooring system can generally comprise FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading, floating production storage and offloading tanker) 2 and be connected with FPSO 2 Several anchor legs 1 with the same structural form. The anchor leg 1 may generally include an ACT chain (adjustment chain) 11, an upper anchor cable (the first upper anchor cable 121 or the second upper anchor cable 122), a mid-water buoy 13, a lower anchor cable (the first lower anchor cable 151 or the second upper anchor cable Two lower anchor cables 152), counterweight cha...

Abstract

The invention relates to a deepwater single-point-tied medium-depth buoy recovering and releasing system and method. The method includes the steps of releasing a medium-depth buoy recovering cable inwater to get near a detaching buckle on a medium-depth buoy through a hoist on an anchor system processing ship, connecting the medium-depth buoy recovering cable with the detaching buckle with the aid of an ROV, releasing an ACT chain from an FPSO, connecting an auger on the anchor system processing ship to the ACT chain through the ROV, recovering the ACT chain and a first upper anchor cable toa deck through the auger, detaching the ACT chain, continuing to recover the first upper anchor cable through the auger until the medium-depth buoy emerges from the water, connecting the medium-depthbuoy recovering cable to the hoist on the anchor system processing ship for hoisting the medium-depth buoy, hoisting and recovering the medium-depth buoy aboard to be fixed, detaching the medium-depthbuoy, and storing the medium-depth buoy on a medium-depth buoy storage rack. Operation can be conducted when the FPSO does not stop production in place, workloads are greatly reduced, construction efficiency and reliability are improved, and the yield loss of an oil field is reduced. Underwater operation is assisted by the ROV, and construction cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a mooring system, more specifically, to a system and method for recovering and lowering a midwater buoy in a deep-water single-point mooring. Background technique [0002] The internal turret single point mooring system is a single point mooring system widely used in floating production storage and offloading (FPSO), which usually includes 6-12 anchor legs with the same structure. Deep water (water depth above 300 meters) mooring anchor leg generally consists of adjustment chain (ACT chain), upper anchor cable, mid-water buoy, connecting plate (triangular plate or square plate), lower anchor cable, counterweight chain, lying ground cable and anchor piles etc. Different from the general shallow water mooring system, the deep water mooring system is divided into upper and lower anchor cables by an anchor cable in the anchor leg component and connected by midwater buoys. Among the various components of the anchor legs, the upper...
