Abstract

The invention provides a TFT array substrate. A display area and a bending area are defined in the TFT array substrate. The TFT array substrate comprises a substrate layer and a functional layer arranged on the substrate layer, wherein the functional layer comprises an insulating layer and a metal layer. The functional layer of the bending area is provided with a filling layer through deep holes.The metal layer in the bending area comprises a first metal layer, a second metal layer and a second gate layer, wherein the first metal layer is arranged on the side end portion of the filling layerand is connected with the second gate layer through a via hole; and the second metal layer is arranged on the insulating layer at the outer side of the first metal layer. According to the TFT array substrate provided by the invention, the bending area adopts a new metal layer wiring structure design, so that wiring of the first metal layer in the bending area is prevented from passing through a space between two hole openings of the OILD filling layer, and the subsequent risk of wire breakage caused by over-etching is effectively reduced.
