The method comprises the steps that transmitted first destination layer information and atleast one second destination layer information are received by a server; a first taking elevator instruction is sent to the server according to the first destination layer information; the first taking elevator instruction is used for instructing the server to control a robot to take the elevator to the first destination layer; a second ladder instruction is sent to the server according to the movement time of the robot reaching the waiting elevator area and the second destination layer information; and the second taking elevator instruction is used for instructing the server to control the robot to take the elevator on the first destination layer to the second destination layer. By adopting the method, and the waiting elevator time of the robot for taking elevator multiple times can be reduced.
