Abstract
The invention aims to disclose the application of allicveratrine in the preparation of medicines for preventing and treating Candida albicans infection. Through the detection of various indicators such as the effect of the compound allicveratrine on the growth of Candida albicans, mycelia inhibition rate, cytotoxicity, and animal models, the results show that allicveratrine has no obvious effect on the growth of Candida albicans, among which, The compound allicilveratrine can still effectively inhibit the mycelium formation of Candida albicans when the concentration is 50 μM, and the mycelium formation rate is lower than 50%. In addition, allicveratrine has a good protective effect on human cell A549 infected by Candida albicans, and the compound allicveratrine itself has no obvious toxic and side effects on cells.
