Abstract

The invention discloses an up-to-down silo construction system. The system comprises an inner cylinder, a cutter head module, a muddy water circular flowing device, and a fixed spacing sleeve fixedlyarranged on the inner wall of the inner cylinder and contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the end, near the cutter head module, of the muddy water circular flowing device; and a closed muddywater bin is formed between the fixed spacing sleeve and a ground to be excavated. The muddy water circular flowing device comprises a pulp inlet pipe and a pulp discharge pipe; and during feeding ofthe cutter head module, the muddy water bin is compressed to generate pressure, so that the cutter head module can excavate the ground to be excavated with the pressure. After muddy water is input bythe pulp inlet pipe, the muddy water in the muddy water bin is mixed with soil slag cut by the cutter head module, and formed mixtures are discharged from the pulp discharge pipe under the pressure effect of the muddy water bin. The stability of the ground to be excavated can be effectively guaranteed through pressure feeding of the cutter head module, so that the disturbance of the cutter head module on soil layers around the ground to be excavated is reduced, the construction risk is reduced, and the silo construction safety is improved. The invention further provides an up-to-down silo construction method.
