The method comprises the following steps of: S1, collecting traditional Chinese medicine pair data; S2, constructing a traditional Chinese medicine pair network; S3, performing medicine anti-community structure detection in the traditional Chinese medicine pair network through adoption of an anti-community detection algorithm, and dividing the traditional Chinese medicine pair network into a plurality of medicine anti-communities; and S4, for each medicine anti-community, combining the medicines in the medicine anti-communities in pairs to form a plurality of local medicine pairs, mining traditional Chinese medicine incompatibility in the local medicine pairs in a mode of matching the local medicine pairswith known incompatibility medicine pairs, and predicting potential traditional Chinese medicine incompatibility in the local medicine pairs in a screening mode. According to the method, the incompatibility between the traditional Chinese medicines is mined and predicted from the perspective of complex network anti-community detection for the first time, and compared with a mode of searching allthe medicines in the traditional technology, the method performs local searching, so that the searching range is narrowed, the known incompatibility can be efficiently mined, and the potential incompatibility between the medicines can be predicted.
