Abstract

The auxiliary process device comprises a pre-pressing device, a displacement measuring device and a workbench auxiliary device. The automobile hub bearing riveting assembly process method comprises the following specific steps: combining and placing parts of a hub bearing 15in a mounting sleeve 3 on a workbench, pre-pressing the hub bearing 15 by the pre-pressing device through workbench 1 feeding, eliminating gaps of assemblies in the hub bearing 15, riveting by a riveting head 10, maintaining pressure for 0.1-0.5 second after measuring stroke requirements of the displacement measuring device are met, returning the workbench 1, and taking out a workpiece. The riveting assembly process method can realize precise riveting on each hub bearing by combining with the corresponding auxiliary process device, guarantees that each hub bearing obtains required axial working clearance and required clamping force, greatly improves reliability and safety of each hub bearing, prolongs the service life of each hub bearing, and is high in production efficiency.
