The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) preparing a test solution, namely taking an origin-preserving decoction preparation to be detected, and preparing the test solution; (2) preparing a mixed reference substance solution, namely taking ginsenosides Rg1, Reand Rb1, and preparing the ginsenosides Rg1, Re and Rb1 into the mixed reference substance solution; and (3) formulating a specific chromatogram, namely respectively sucking the test solution and thereference substance solution, injecting the solutions into a high performance liquid chromatograph, and obtaining the specific chromatogram of the origin-preserving decoction according to a common peak in the chromatograms of more than N batches of tested products.
