Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the connection locks currently used in aerospace operation covers have disadvantages such as large size, heavy weight, inability to operate with bare hands, openings for both the hole cover and the mouth frame, and inability to seal against rain, which cannot meet the needs of increasingly high-speed military products. Requirements for use; especially for the use of stealth aircraft, the existing connection locks currently cannot meet the low reflection requirements of radar waves, and it is extremely inconvenient to lock and open

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an invisible connecting mechanism for a covering cap of an aircraft. The invisible connecting mechanism comprises a lock base, an elastic clamping ring, a sliding support, an eccentric lock wheel, an elastic piece, a connecting base, a hexagonal lock cylinder and a limiting rod. One end of the lock base is movably connected with the connecting base, and theother end of the lock base is connected with the sliding support in a sliding mode. The other end of the sliding support is movably connected with the connecting base; the eccentric lock wheel penetrates through the sliding support to be matched with the lock base and is fixedly connected with the hexagonal lock cylinder through the elastic clamping ring. The elastic piece is hung on the hexagonal lock cylinder, the first end of the elastic piece is connected to the lock base in a lap joint mode, and the other end of the elastic piece is hung on the limiting rod. And the limiting rod is fixedly connected with the hexagonal lock cylinder. According to the scheme, unlocking and locking of the covering cap can be achieved, and operation of the covering cap is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of connecting structures of aviation and aerospace vehicles, in particular to an invisible connecting mechanism used for a flap of an aircraft. Background technique [0002] At present, aviation and spacecraft such as airplanes are equipped with a large number of mouth covers for purposes such as maintenance and monitoring. For easy operation, the flap needs to be connected quickly. Requirements for use; especially for the use of stealth aircraft, the existing connection locks currently cannot meet the low reflection requirements of radar waves, and it is extremely inconveni...
