Abstract

The invention provides a signal testing method for an airborne 1394B bus. The test comprises the following steps: determining an attenuation coefficient of an adapter cable, with the adapter cable being used for connecting a test port of bit error rate test equipment with the airborne 1394B bus, so that the two test ports of the bit error rate test equipment can form a test channel with the airborne 1394B bus through the adapter cable; enabling the two ends of a plurality of tested airborne 1394B buses to be randomly connected to a plurality of ports of the bit error rate analysis equipment through the switching cables so as to establish a plurality of groups of parallel test channels; and enabling the bit error rate analysis equipment to send a test signal through a plurality of groups ofparallel test ports, and judge whether the bit error rate of the airborne 1394B bus meets the requirement or not according to the test signal.
