Abstract

The invention discloses an underwater LIBS spectrum-image combined detection device based on a hyperbaric chamber. The underwater LIBS spectrum-image combined detection device comprises a plasma excitation module, a spectrum acquisition module, an image acquisition module, a hyperbaric chamber and a control system. The plasma excitation module is used for focusing a laser beam in the hyperbaric chamber to generate plasma; the spectrum acquisition module is used for recording an underwater LIBS radiation spectrum signal; the image acquisition module is used for shooting two-dimensional images of underwater plasmas, bubbles and shock waves; the high-pressure cabin is used for providing an underwater high-pressure environment; and the control system is used for controlling the operation of the plasma excitation module, the spectrum acquisition module and the image acquisition module. In a laboratory, the hyperbaric cabin can be used for simulating a deep sea hyperbaric environment, and anexternal light path coupled with the hyperbaric cabin is used for simultaneously acquiring underwater LIBS spectrum and image information, so that the LIBS detection mechanism in the deep sea hyperbaric environment can be revealed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an underwater LIBS spectrum-image combined detection device based on a hyperbaric chamber. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the rapid development of marine sensors and vehicles has further promoted the development and utilization of the ocean, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for in-situ, real-time, and online detection methods. As a new spectral detection technology, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has the characteristics of rapidity, no need for sample pretreatment, and simultaneous detection of multiple components. It has great application prospects in deep-sea in-situ detection. This technology uses the laser-induced plasma generated by the breakdown in water as the radiation source for spectral detection, and the radiation characteristics of the plasma are closely related to the pressure environment of the water body. The complex law and mechanism of the pressure effect caused...
