According to the control method provided by the invention, a Levent filter is introduced in a backstepping recursion process; therefore, the differential of the virtual control quantity is avoided, the safe and stable operation of the switching power supply is ensured, the calculation burden is reduced, and in order to realize the finite time stability of a closed-loop system of the converter, a fractional power term is added in the designed virtual control quantity and the controllable switch duty ratio, so that the output voltage response speed is increased, and the system control performance is improved.
