The novel environment-friendly cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-30% of a low-molecular-weight solvent oil, 20-50% of medium-molecular-weight solvent oil, 2-20% of medium-high-molecular-weight solvent oil, 0.5-10% of a low-molecular-weight solvent, 0.1-2% of a nonionic surfactant, 0.1-5% of a cationic surfactant, 0.1-5% of an anionic surfactant, 0.02-0.2% of essence, and balance of water. According to the invention, different types of surfactants are added, and the organic solvent is dispersed in water in the form of small droplets, so that the discharge of the organic solvent is reduced. During cleaning, the structure of liquid drops distributed in water is destroyed, and the organic solvent separates out contact stains, so that the cleaning effect is achieved.
