Abstract

The invention discloses a two-way wave pre-stack depth migration method based on matrix decomposition. According to a one-way wave migration algorithm, a partial derivative of a wave field value at the earth surface to the depth direction is estimated by starting with boundary conditions required for solving a two-way wave equation and utilizing the wave field value recorded at the earth surface and a two-way wave depth migration equation based on a vertical wave number and a trigonometric function of the vertical wave number is derived and constructed by utilizing the two boundary conditions;and furthermore, the two-way wave depth migration equation is accurately solved by utilizing a matrix decomposition theory, so that a problem that the two-way wave depth migration scheme is unstableto solve in the existing literature is solved. Besides, the calculation of the impulse response in the strong speed change medium proves that the calculation result of the method provided by the invention is consistent with a result of finite difference calculation, so that the calculation accuracy of the algorithm is embodied; after imaging of a salt hill model, the accurate and stable imaging capability of the algorithm on a strong speed change medium is verified, and the superiority of the algorithm in imaging is embodied.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of prestack depth migration, and in particular relates to a method for two-way wave prestack depth migration based on matrix decomposition. Background technique [0002] Seismic migration imaging refers to the establishment of a suitable wave field extrapolation operator on the basis of a certain mathematical model (generally, the elastic wave or acoustic wave equation is used as the mathematical model of migration imaging), and the operator is used in the known macroscopic velocity field. Perform wave field extrapolation (backpropagation of waves) on the data observed on the surface, and reversely extrapolate the wave field observed on the surface to the reflection interface or diffraction point that produces the reflection (or diffraction), using appropriate The imaging conditions are used to calculate the imaging section. The essence of seismic migration imaging is to use mathematical means to backpropag...
