The first power part and the separating part can achieve connection or separation of the first limiting structure and the first matching structure, the inner shaft and the outer shaft are limited to rotate synchronously or move separately, and under the condition that the inner shaft and the outer shaft move synchronously,only an outer shaft power source connected with the outer shaft needs to be started, and the use cost is better saved; and under the condition that the inner shaft and the outer shaft are separated, the inner shaft and the outer shaft can be flexibly driven by respective power sources, and the double-shaft equipment can be suitable for various use conditions.
