The method comprises the steps of obtaining partition information of a system disk of a to-be-migrated system in a source end host, migrating the to-be-migrated data in the system disk to a data disk of a transfer machine according to the partition information of the system disk; modifying the universal unique identification code of the to-be-migrated data in the data disk; generating a multi-operating system startup program corresponding to the to-be-migrated data in the data disk, deploying a virtual machine on the cloud platform according to the to-be-migrated data in the data disk, so as to enable the user to start the virtual machine based on the modified universal unique identification code and the multi-operating system startup program; migrating the data to be migrated in the system disk to the data disk of the transfer machine according to the partition information of the system disk so as to achieve safe and reliable migration of the data to be migrated, and deploying the virtual machine on the cloud platform according to the data to be migrated in the data disk so as to complete migration of the system of the source end host.
