The flow adjusting device comprises a hollow cylinder body; a bottom plate, which is connected with the bottom of the cylinder body; a baffle plate, which is arranged in the cylinder body, is respectively connected with the bottom plate and the inner side wall of the cylinder body, and is lower than the cylinder body, wherein the baffle plate divides the internal space of the cylinder body into an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber, which are communicated with each other, the inlet chamber is provided with a fluid inlet, and the outlet chamber is provided with a fluid outlet; and an air pipeline, which is communicated with the top of the cylinder body. The cylinder body is connected with a pressure adjusting device through the air pipeline, so that the internal pressure of the cylinder body is adjusted through the pressure adjusting device, and the fluid flow is adjusted. The flow adjusting device can achievecontinuous and accurate adjustment of fluid flow by adjusting the pressure in the cylinder body, and has a good adjusting performance within a certain flow range.
