Abstract

The invention discloses a Venturi flowmeter, which comprises a casing, a Venturi tube and a flow distribution assembly, and the flow distribution assembly is located upstream of the Venturi pipe. When the Venturi flowmeter is working, the airflow from the EGR pipeline passes through the splitter assembly and then enters the Venturi tube. The Venturi flowmeter disclosed in this proposal adds a shunt assembly. The turbulent gas will push the paddle to rotate, and the rotation of the paddle will divide the hole of the ring support frame for the passage of gas into two parts to realize the shunting of the gas, and the turbulent gas will be reacted by the paddle, and the impact of the paddle will collide with the paddle. Part of the gas will be diverted to the side of the ring support frame where the paddle is not provided, so as to redistribute the air flow. The Venturi flowmeter disclosed in this proposal can effectively offset the influence of the bent pipe of the EGR pipeline on the airflow deflection, optimize the velocity distribution of the airflow entering the Venturi flowpipe, thereby improving the measurement accuracy of the Venturi flowmeter.
