The method comprises the following steps: constructing an originalequation of a phased array radar array element surface; calculating the maximum deviation between the actually installed phased array radar array element surface and the original equation thereof; calculating the maximum deviation of the form and position change of the phased array radar array element surface; calculating the position and attitude parameters needing to be adjusted of each phasedarray radar array element, and calculating the actual installation position of each phased array radar array element; unloading the weight of the phased array radar array element; adjusting the position and attitude of each phased array radar array element; calculating an adjustment parameter of each phased array radar array element; and adjusting each phased array radar array element. According to the method, the actual installation parameters of each phased array radar array element are measured, adjustment parameters are obtained through calculation, adjustment of the positions and posturesof the array elements in the loaded state is completed through the array element weight unloading mechanism and the array element adjustment mechanism, and high-precision adjustment and control of the whole surface type of the phased array radar under the large-load working condition can be achieved.
