The method comprises the following steps: receiving an uplink message sent by the equipment; judging whether the equipment belongs to to-be-debugged equipment or not; and under the condition that the equipment is judged to belong to the equipmentto be debugged and tested, identifying a second debugging and testing parameter in the uplink message, configuring a third debugging and testing parameter for the equipment based on the protocol specification and the second debugging and testing parameter, and sending a debugging and testing message comprising the third debugging and testing parameter to the equipment. Therefore, according to theinvention, parameters which cannot be customized by a user can be opened; the message is reassembled after being subjected to normal logic processing of the Internet of Things platform, parameters defined by a user are brought into the message for reprocessing in combination with specific protocol specifications, the requirement of the user for full-downlink message adjustable testing is met, andadjustment testing and robustness verification of normal logic of equipment are met.
