Abstract

The invention provides an engine crankcase ventilation system and a vehicle with the engine crankcase ventilation system. The crankcase ventilation system at least comprises an air filter, an intake manifold, a ventilating pipe and a pressure control valve. The crankcase ventilation system further comprises a crankcase pressure sensor which is arranged on a crankcase. The pressure control valve refers to an electromagnetic valve, is arranged inside a cylinder head and further communicates with the ventilating pipe to form a ventilating loop. The pressure control valve is arranged in the way that at least forced ventilation can be implemented through the detection value of the crankcase pressure sensor and the operating state of an engine. According to the engine crankcase ventilation system provided by the invention, the electromagnetic valve is adopted for replacing a traditional mechanical PCV, an oil-gas separator and the electromagnetic valve are arranged inside the cylinder head,the crankcase pressure can be monitored directly, the detected pressure value data are sent to an electronic control unit, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened and closed according tocontrol signals of the electronic control unit, and thus quick response to pressure adjustment inside the crankcase can be obtained more accurately.
