The method for determining the collision risk domain between the vehicle and thepedestrian comprises the following steps: detecting and outputting vehicle information and pedestrian information; and judging whether the pedestrian notices the vehicle; and under the condition thatthe pedestrian adopts the active avoidance behavior and the pedestrian does not adopt the active avoidance behavior, further assuming whether the vehicle adopts an instant reaction action or not, anddetermining a collision risk domain between the vehicle and the pedestrian according to a hypothesis result of whether the pedestrian adopts an active avoidance behavior and whether the vehicle adoptsan instant reaction action. According to the method for determining the collision risk domain between the vehicle and the pedestrian, the active avoidance capability of the pedestrian and the instantresponse action of the vehicle are considered at the same time, so that the collision risk between the vehicle and the pedestrian can be identified more fully.
