Abstract
The invention discloses a polypeptide and application in promoting proliferation of NK cells and improving killing ability of the NK cells to tumor cells. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide isKGNPPTDHQVFWM (XX) MLGEAAYD, wherein XX represents W or G. The polypeptide provided by the invention can not only promote the proliferation of the NK cells in vitro, but also increase the killing ability of the NK cells, so that the polypeptide can be used to promote the proliferation of NK cells in vitro and enhance tumoricidal activity of the NK cells, and be used to prepare a cell culture medium which can promote the proliferation of NK cells in vitro and enhance the tumoricidal activity of the NK cells.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of polypeptides and tumor immune cells, in particular to a polypeptide and its application in promoting the proliferation of NK cells and improving its lethality to tumor cells. Background technique [0002] Under normal circumstances, the immune system can recognize and eliminate tumor cells in the tumor microenvironment. However, in order to survive and grow, tumor cells can adopt different strategies to suppress the immune system of the human body and cannot kill tumor cells normally. All stages of the immune response were survived. The above characteristics of tumor cells are called immune escape. In order to better understand the multi-link and multi-step complexity of tumor immunity, Chen He proposed the concept of tumor-immunity cycle. The tumor-immune cycle is divided into the following seven steps: 1. Tumor antigen release; 2. Tumor antigen presentation; 3. Initiation and activation of effector T cells; 4. ...
