The continuously variable transmission device comprises a tank, a guiding shaft assembly, a center shaft, driving wheel assemblies, driven wheel assemblies, friction wheel assemblies and cross axle assemblies. The guiding shaft assembly is arranged in the tank; two ends of the guiding shaft assembly stretch out of the tank; the guiding shaft assembly is connected with the center shaft through the cross axle assemblies so as to transmit power to the center shaft, so that the driving wheel assemblies and the driven wheel assemblies are pushed to slide axially along the center shaft; the driving wheel assemblies are arranged on the center shaft through a screw rod assembly; the driving wheel assemblies are connected withthe screw rod assembly through elastic elements; meanwhile, the driven wheel assemblies are further arranged on the center shaft; the assemblies are held in the tank; and the driving wheel assembliestransmit rotational motion to the driven wheel assemblies through the friction wheel assemblies.
