Abstract

The invention discloses a polypeptide and application of the polypeptide in NK cell culture and preparation of an NK cell culture medium. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is as follows: KGNP(XX) TDHQVFWMWMWMLGEAAYD, wherein XX represents D or G. The polypeptide provided by the invention not only can promote in-vitro proliferation of NK cells, but also can improve the lethality of the NKcells, so that the polypeptide can be used for promoting in-vitro proliferation of the NK cells and enhancing the tumor killing activity of the NK cells, and can be used for preparing a cell culturemedium capable of promoting in-vitro proliferation of the NK cells and enhancing the tumor killing activity of the NK cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of polypeptides and tumor immune cells, in particular to a polypeptide and its use for NK cell culture and preparation of NK cell culture medium. Background technique [0002] Under normal circumstances, the immune system can recognize and eliminate tumor cells in the tumor microenvironment. However, in order to survive and grow, tumor cells can adopt different strategies to suppress the immune system of the human body and cannot kill tumor cells normally. All stages of the immune response were survived. The above characteristics of tumor cells are called immune escape. In order to better understand the multi-link and multi-step complexity of tumor immunity, Chen He proposed the concept of tumor-immunity cycle. The tumor-immune cycle is divided into the following seven steps: 1. Tumor antigen release; 2. Tumor antigen presentation; 3. Initiation and activation of effector T cells; 4. T cell migration to tumor tissue;...
