The novel spring-tooth picking mechanism comprises a spring-tooth roller, a reinforcing plate and a fixed base, wherein a through hole is formed in the surface of the spring-tooth roller; plug welding holes are formed in the two ends and the middle of the outer side of the spring-tooth roller; the reinforcing plate is arranged in thespring-tooth roller; the reinforcing plate is welded and fixed to the inner wall of the spring-tooth roller through the plug welding holes; fixed shafts are connected to the two ends of the interior of the spring-tooth roller in a penetrating mode; the fixed shafts and the reinforcing plate are butted and fixed; and feeding plates are fixed to the positions, close to the two ends of the through hole, of the outer wall of the spring-tooth roller.
