The ceramide activating water is composed of the following components in parts by weight: a component 4: 3-5parts of a ginseng root extraction mixture; a component 5: 3-5 parts of a hamamelis virginiana leaf extract mixture; a component 6: 1-2.5 parts a sea buckthorn fruit extract mixture; a component 7: 1-2.5 parts of a peony flower extract mixture; a component 9: 1-2.5 parts of a ceramide (3) mixture; a component 10: 1-2.5 parts of a pomegranate fruit extract mixture; a component 11: 1-2.5 parts of arhizoma atractylodis sinensis extract mixture; a component 14: 0.5-1.2 parts of an arundo donax stem extract mixture; a component 15: 0.5-1.2 parts of a poria cocos sclerotium extract mixture; and acomponent 20: 0.005-0.012 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil. The pure plant extracts are used as a conditioning agent and can deeply nourish the skin, all the medicinal agents are kept within a reasonable range, so that the ceramide activating water can ensure effective conditioning and also does not produce relatively strong side effects.
