And according to the flight height constraint of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the minimum energy collection constraint of the D2D user and the service quality constraint of the ground terminal, the position uncertainty and Gaussian channel uncertainty of the D2D user are considered, and a robust energy efficiency maximum resource allocation optimization problem is established.
