The outer cover and the inner cover are mutually pivoted around a pivot shaft, the driving piece is movably arranged between the outer cover and the inner cover, the locking piece is movably arranged on the driving piece, the operating piece is connected with the driving piece and drives the driving piece to be switched between a first position and a second position, and the driving piece isswitched between the first position and the second position to drive the locking piece to selectively lock or unlock the outer cover and the inner cover.
