An audio system (30) for a seat headrest, comprises N speakers (32), wherein each speaker is configured to be integrated into the seat headrest, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and anaudio processing device (36) comprising an electronic transmission channel (60) connected to the speaker (32) and configured to transmit at least one audio stream via the speaker (32). The audio system (30) comprises P microphones (34) each configured to be integrated into the headrest, P is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the audio processing device (36) also comprises an electronic reception channel (62) connected to the microphones (34) and configured to receive at least one sound signal via the P microphones (34).
