Abstract

The invention provides a spraying process for an antique brass brushed aluminum veneer. The spraying process comprises the following steps of white primer spraying and drying; purple bronze middle paint spraying and drying; and black surface paint spraying and wiredrawing. According to the spraying process, primer, middle paint and surface paint are separately sprayed, and an antique brass color formed through wiredrawing is more attractive; wiredrawing is performed through a scouring pad, so that a formed wiredrawing surface is more natural, equipment cost involved in wiredrawing is greatly reduced, and labor cost is slightly increased; and fluorocarbon paint is added to the white primer, the purple bronze middle paint and the black surface paint, so that a good anti-ultraviolet functionis ensured, and the surface attractiveness can be kept.
